Miss Moo Millinery offers both a bespoke millinery service and a ready to wear selection of millinery.

Every effort is made to ensure that the content of my website is accurate and current.  The content of this website is subject to change and update without notice.  

Miss Moo Millinery will work with you to design a headpiece to coordinate with your outfit and ideas.  To order a custom piece, please contact me to discuss your ideas.  When a design and cost is agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required to start your headpiece.  You will be updated with photos as your headpiece comes together.  You may request some adjustments at this stage.  You will be sent final photos for approval.  Your headpiece will be sent to you after receiving final payment which will include a postage charge unless you are picking up your piece. Payment can be made by PayPal or direct bank deposit. 

Every Miss Moo Millinery hat is handmade – so orders can be expected to take 3 to 6 weeks, but this timeframe is dependent on the intricacy of the work, the availability of stock and the number of current orders.  Spring Racing season is particularly hectic, so please book your space early. 

When ordering from the ready to wear section – most headpieces/hats can be made in other colours at the same cost, but please contact me to confirm.  Please understand that all millinery is handmade and slight differences to the photo displayed are a normal part of the handmade process.

Every effort will be taken to colour match photos sent by clients of outfits, but cannot be guaranteed.  

There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges on any bespoke pieces.  With any piece that you believe to be faulty, please contact Miss Moo Millinery within 7 days of the receipt of your piece.    

Miss Moo Millinery respects and values privacy.   Every effort is made to keep any personal information gained from the Miss Moo Millinery website private and only used by this business, however – as with all internet usage there are some risks.
